Reviews
All of the doctors I've seen at this location are great and experienced, they take the time needed to address all issues or questions. The girls helping in the front are amazing, friendly and super helpful. Their faces have been familiar for years, everyone knows what they're doing and they're good at it!
Dr. Yackels at the New Berlin Optical is exceptional. I have seen him yearly for the last few years for my regular vision exams. Recently, I had a pain in my eye that resulted in me stopping by Target Optical without an appointment. I explained my problem to the office staff and I told them I knew it was a long shot for him to see me without an appointment before the holiday weekend. He not only fit me into his schedule right away, but he explained what was wrong with my eye and offered me a solution to remedy the discomfort. Hands down one of the best!
