“I am writing this review because of the great customer service that I received From Emma and Anna. Finding prescription safety frames that fit me comfortably was really difficult. I had been to multiple places (over seven) and none of them had anything that fits. let me say my current frame size is 68-18-125 the Wiley X Boss. I was getting really discouraged as I had a time frame from my job to get safety glasses. They ordered the frames an filled my prescription. It took a few tries to get my lenses made correctly, but well worth the wait. I don't write a lot of reviews, but when I do, I would have experienced really bad customer service or really great customer service. This was definitely Great Customer Service. This was the first place that I had been too that had at least several frames that fit me. I definitely will be going back.Emma and Anna,Thank you both for the great customer service.“

“At My eye doctor every employee is a pleasure to work with. I was very impressed by all the employees. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Cathy is extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise. I have never been more impressed than I was with my experience at MyEyeDr. The exam rooms and reception areas are very clean and neat. I have never had any other office give such great service! I experienced an individual being extremely rude to the staff while I was there. I heard him say his name when he checked in due to being at the counter. I wish I made a note of his name. I could post the name of the person who thinks he has the right to call people names and be disrespectful due to his own mistakes with his insurance company. I wish I could have escorted him out to the parking lot and gave him a little wall to wall counseling ! In conclusion,I would recommend My eye doctor to everyone who needs any kind of optical services. Best experience I have ever had!!! If I remember the name of Mr. Rude, I will post his name so everyone who may be at My Eye Doctor will know who to give Wall to Wall counseling !!!!!“
