Everyone at Hometown [customer service, sales, installers, electrician] have been exceptional to work with. They responded quickly, gave transparent pricing and expectations, and were generous with their time and knowledge. I appreciate their communications around service calls that include short bio's on their team members en route so we know not just when to expect them but who is arriving. Hometown replaced our furnace and humidifier, and when the electrician was still on site he quickly diagnosed and addressed additional lingering issues in other parts of our home at no additional cost- a total treat.

Michael explains every step of the process in great detail, at a layman’s level, but without mansplaining or talking down to me. As a single woman, I appreciate it! I’ve dealt with contractors and salesmen who are condescending….but I only deal with them once!
