We started using Custom Heating and Air Inc. A few years ago by chance. We had a home warranty and they were assigned to do a repair under that warranty.
Since then we have needed service several more times.
Ryan is the technician assigned to our account.
First off Ryan is great! Just a decent human being. Hate having to call, but the one good thing is knowing that Ryan will be visiting!
Second is that we have always received fast response including today. (Under an hour)
Third is that they are fair in their pricing
Finally, and I apologize for not remembering her name, but every time I call it us the same person and she has a great attitude and actual empathy for the situation.
I can’t recommend them enough.

Reviews
We decided to go with CustomHeatingandAir. Tony gave us a great price on a new A/C & Furnace. He was very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and & could install both units in a few days. He also replaced the outside liner of our chimney which was all rusted & old. We had exceptional service in a timely manner. We highly recommend his company for any A/C & Furnace needs.
Very knowledgeable and friendly. AC broke and they came out and got us a new one fast. Definitely recommend to friends and family
