“We had 2 different techs here for 2 different issues - 1 to install a new thermostat and to provide an annual inspection of our A/C unit, and 1 to install two toilets (supplied by us) and replace two outdoor water faucets. Both techs were highly professional and communicated very clearly with us throughout the process.

Prices seem high since this organization was bought out, but the techs provide the same high-quality work we have enjoyed for more than 30 years.“

“I called 3 companies to get quotes for my A/C to be replaced because it was 35 years old and stopped working.1st place came out and told me my furnace was 22 years old and also needed to be replaced. They gave me 3 quotes, the cheapest being $12,900.2nd company we sent photos to and they quoted us $8,900 for A/C and Furnace.3rd company was Kettle Moraine. I asked to submit photos and get quote for A/C and Furnace. Guy told me Furnace is 5 years old and doesn't need to be replaced. He quoted me $4,700 for A/C and sheet metal work. I agreed. When quote came in it was $4,300. Woo-hoo!!!! When the techs came to install they found the motherboard on the Furnace was bad so they replaced that as well. I wasn't home but my wife had nothing bad to say so that's a good thing. With motherboard we were right around original quote which is way better than $12,900. I would absolutely recommend this company and use them again myself.“
