Our old air conditioner suddenly stopped working one day, we were immediately worried we needed to replace the whole thing. I gave Tom a call and he was here in 30 minutes, he figured out the problem quickly and cleaned out a mouse nest too! He had it fixed in no time and we were very happy I called him. He's very personable, professional and you feel like he has your best interests in mind.
I've now called Tom twice. Once on a Sunday afternoon for a broken down air condition unit, my wife was on oxygen and couldn't get out of the house. He came over within a half hour and had the unit repaired in less than an hour. This week I called about the furnace fan not shutting off. He came over and diagnosed the problem on a 40 year old furnace. Picked up the very hard to find part and installed it within days; just in time to use the A/C during a recent heat wave.Very friendly and professional service at a more than fair price.Highly recommend.Services: AC repair
Tom is one of the most honest,caring and Dedicated small business owners I have ever encountered. After 3 calls and no other company willing to come out on a cold weekend, Tom came to the rescue.
