He covered everything and answered all my questions. The plumbers who did the installation showed me exactly what would be done and ran through everything again once it was completed. “On the night of MLK Day - and the Miami v. Indiana college football game - my boiler went belly up. I tried to grit it out with my fireplace & 1 space heater, but the temperature in my house just kept dropping. I ended up calling Dave Perry's emergency number and got Andrew. He was at my house within 40 minutes. He went straight to work, determined the issue, drove to their office to see if they had the part. They did not, so he brought back 4 space heaters to get us through the night. The next day, Andrew and Dane worked off/on until 6 PM, to make sure my heat was functioning properly. Which it has been ever since. We were at below-zero temps when my boiler malfunctioned, but these guys just jumped in and got the job done! I've been with Dave Perry's for 11+ years, and I won't go anywhere else! Fantastic service!“
