He was actively finding a solution for my family's unique situation. We ended up going with a new AC system. Jacob & Ryan came for the installation - it couldn't have been smoother. Those guys were friendly, but also all about business and communicated through the process. I want some other stuff to break around the house for this team to fix! Highly recommend! “I had a water line installed to the backyard. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the project manager who came out to give me a quote. He covered everything and answered all my questions. The plumbers who did the installation showed me exactly what would be done and ran through everything again once it was completed. Everything went according to plan and cleanup was excellent. I can wholeheartedly recommend Austin and will definitely use them in future.”

“On the night of MLK Day - and the Miami v. Indiana college football game - my boiler went belly up. I tried to grit it out with my fireplace & 1 space heater, but the temperature in my house just kept dropping. I ended up calling Dave Perry's emergency number and got Andrew. He was at my house within 40 minutes. He went straight to work, determined the issue, drove to their office to see if they had the part. They did not, so he brought back 4 space heaters to get us through the night. The next day, Andrew and Dane worked off/on until 6 PM, to make sure my heat was functioning properly. Which it has been ever since. We were at below-zero temps when my boiler malfunctioned, but these guys just jumped in and got the job done! I've been with Dave Perry's for 11+ years, and I won't go anywhere else! Fantastic service!”
