“Professional Services replaced the original furnace and AC in our home (28 years old) with their Deluxe Goodman furnace and AC package, including a digital thermostat with app. Terry, the lead technician, arrived on time and went straight to work. They protected our floors with ample coverings and wore booties over their shoes when necessary. Though it was a long day for them, they were kind, professional, technically adept, and efficient with their work. Terry explained the system to me in detail and got the app up and running on my phone before calling it a day. They left our home spotless, not one bit of random debris left behind. The new system runs great—whisper quiet and so much more efficient in reaching and holding temps steady! With their guarantees on the package and installation, we are confident in and more than pleased with our decision to go with Professional Services.
