The HVAC tech Steven is exceptional! Not only was he knowledgeable, personable and professional but I can appreciate his willingness to actively listen and give advice in the best interest of the customer. He took his time to make sure the job was done efficiently which gives me a sense of comfort knowing I’m not being looked at as just another job on the schedule.It was because of these attributes he displayed that I am entrusting Mr Hollands with future services and will continue working with Steven as my HVAC Technician indefinitely.Thank you Steven!
Jeremy did a great job giving the furnace its annual check. He shared a few things they are going to keep an eye on both covered by the warranty and outside of it. 10/10 would reccommend to anyone looking for any of their services.Service: HVAC system maintenance
Bryon from Mr. Holland home services was fantastic. He was on time, knowledgeable and made sure all of my questions were answered. I had a few lights out in my kitchen ceiling and he took the time to explain why they were and helped troubleshoot options To help save cost. Very nice encounter!
