I can't express how great of a job he did. He made me feel special when I mentioned my birthday was coming up, he helped my with hair vocabulary when I couldn't find the words, and you can tell he cares about what he does. Watching him sculpt my hair line was a trip. Ralph, I want to thank you. My other birthday plans fell through unfortunately, but I at least know I'll go into my big day looking boss. Thank you!

I moved and needed to find a new stylist in my area. It had been a decade since I'd looked for a new stylist and I feel so lucky to have found Courtney at Brag Salon on my first attempt. I've been twice now and she has been so wonderful. The first appointment she essentially refreshed my partial foil and it turned out great. The second appointment I wanted to transition to a slightly darker look. Despite not knowing how to describe it beyond showing photos, she decoded what I wanted and proposed an approach that would allow me some flexibility to see how I felt about the change. I'm super happy with the new look and highly recommend her. She's a total gem!

I have been taking my son to TKB to see Jay for about 4 years now. Jay has always been gentle, nice, and professional. He is generally good at being on time, although every once in a while, a cut can take longer than expected, and Jay does a great job at communicating with us. We often are asked who cuts his hair as it always looks great when he gets it cut.

Great barber shop. It's a chill atmosphere to be in, all the barbers are great but especially Anjo - always knows my exact cut when I come in. I live next to downtown Seattle and still drive down here for my haircuts because you need to stick with a barber you can trust.

First time in to Sweet P Beauty for a eyebrow tint and eyelash lift. Siera was professional, calm and extremely gentle which I really appreciated. She always explained what she was doing next and made sure I was comfortable. I loved the result of the curled lashes and darker brows. Siera also showed me how to use my brow make up and brush more effectively. The shop itself was clean and well appointed with products. I know I will return!

I've been going to Christine for over a year now for sugaring and facials, it's an appointment that I always look forward to. From seamless appointment booking through text all the way to the service, I can't recommend Lady Lam enough. Christine is very talented at her craft, she thoroughly explains the process of her services and products and you can tell she puts extreme care in the work she does. In the past I tried a few salons to get my Brazilian wax but none of them felt comfortable. My first experience at Lady Lam was so comfortable, Christine made sure I was well situated, was gentle and also distracted me with her wonderful presence. She is a wonderful listener and her studio space is well appointed. I also have for a couple facials with her and they were so relaxing! The prices for all of her services are very reasonable for the service that lasts for a long while. You will need to book with her well in advance (month + recommended) because she is in high demand.I'm going to continue to go to her for sugaring and facials until who knows when. Highly recommend booking an appointment with her!

Got my first tattoo, came to find her randomly (although she seems to be so popular) in google and felt a kick that echoed “this is it”. Drove straight to her location, without call or anything 5hr away from my flight back home. She was very disciplined with her work, she took me in after hearing I am trying to create memorable trip (although it’s appointment only), gave her my design, she was quick and creative to recreate the design from scratch and she did all in front of me, nothing to hide. Every moment felt so safe and confident and the result speaks the same. Her personality is also very nice, she makes your tattoo as if she’s making for herself and that’s the key to getting the best tattoo. Requested service to repipe a 2 bath/1 kitchen and a bunch of additional stub outs. Doug gave me an estimate that no one else could beat. Was hesitant at first but very happy that I went with them. Baba, Jose, and Michael were masters! Had an issue with one of the stub out due to a hairline crack and Baba was back in to fix this in no time! Unbeatable price on a tip top quality work! Kept things clean!
Couple things to note on all repipe jobs. (1) They're not magicians and can't work through walls. So walls will have to be cut. (2) They're not drywall repairers- you wouldn't hire a surgeon to fix your car right?.

Thompson Electrical did a small job for us this morning, moving two outlets and installing a third outlet. The electricians arrived on time and completed the job in 90 minutes. They were efficient, quiet, professional and did not have to turn power off to the house to complete the job. This was not an urgent job, but they were able to schedule it quickly and everyone we spoke with was professional and appreciative of our business. **** worked with several electricians over the years, and we will call Thompson for any work we need to have done in the future.

I reached out to 5 different locksmiths in the Bellevue surrounding area before booking Co Locksmith. Not only was Chen the MOST affordable out of all 5, he was the most straightforward and transparent with pricing and so easy to book. Instead of giving me a huge range of what the quote would be and overcomplicating the quote with jargon I didn’t understand (like the other companies), Chen was the only one who simply just asked for photos of the locks that needed rekeying and gave me a straight answer.
Chen is the person you’re speaking to on the phone when you book. He is also the one who shows up to do the work. He even brought his assistant helper (his sweet little son!) which really made me happy to feel like I was supporting a small family business. Chen took around 25 minutes to install a new keypad lock, and rekey 3 other locks of my new home. He was efficient, skilled and everything went smoothly.

The scheduling, booking and customer service was some of the best that I've seen from contractors so kudos to Oleg for being awesome to work with. I did find that a few obvious spots were missed during both cleanings (B+ grade cleaning), but they made it right with a partial refund/credit for one house and had their supervisor come out to do the fix work the next day on the other house. The bathrooms and kitchens look stellar, it's the small stuff like baseboards, spots on walls, vent registers, light switch covers, and cobwebs that were overlooked in some spots. I would grade the customer service as 5 star, cleaning as 3 star, and a balance of a 4 star for making it right.
Vita and her team are excellent! We had a move-out clean scheduled with them after many years of living in the property with not enough TLC. They did a remarkable job and left the place looking sparkling clean from the windows to the floors. They also went above and beyond during the clean and accomodated some last minute requests that were not foreseen at the start of the cleaning. Would 100% recommend them. Thank you Vita!

An enthusiastic five stars A++. From the first time we met the owner, Greg, to the very end of the project it’s been an incredible experience, which is a weird thing to say about renovation work! The estimate was very competitive and if anything changed, Greg was really transparent. His communication throughout the six month excavation of our basement (2’ of dirt, more in the crawl space, and redoing our entire foundation) was excellent. He answered every single one of my questions quickly and in terms I could understand. And I cannot say enough good things about the crew led by Barry and assisted by Lamonte. They are incredibly detail oriented, tidy, organized, friendly, and creative with their problem-solving. Anytime there were extra trucks or noise, Barry went and notified every neighbor on the street who also got to know him. There wasn’t a problem that Barry couldn’t solve. They really went above and beyond with everything they did. We even found on garbage day that they had put our trash bins back for us every week. Complete Heating & Cooling replaced our decades old furnace with a newer Rheem furnace that came with a touchscreen thermostat as well as improve the venting pipe system in our garage. We got through our first winter with no problems, which we are grateful for.

I have gone to Optimal Dental for many years. I used to go when Dr. Odegard was the owner and only dentist. I took a break and went to another dentist for a while because it was next door to my work. It was convenient for lunch breaks etc. I AM BACK! I've been back at Optimal Dental for several years now and I wish I'd never left. The dentists and the staff are absolutely wonderful . I am afraid of the drill. They are aware of that and do their best to help keep me calm. Even offering a blanket! I love this dentist's office. I have been going to Dr. Sullivan and getting massages from Emilie for years. Hands down the best chiropractor and massage therapist I've seen. Not only are they kind and friendly, they do great work. Only chiropractor (in the many states I've tried them) to give me any relief with my neck and shoulders.
Dr. Jex is a great guy and phenomenal Chiropractor. I started developing neck & upper back pain about 3 years ago, due to long hours spent in front of a computer for work. Slightly over a year ago, the pain was starting to affect the amount of time I could work (I would get migraines if I sat in front of the computer too long). At that point, I began to seek chiropractic help. I have had at least 10 different chiropractors work on me before I was referred to Dr. Jex. None of them were able to give me relief that lasted more than 1-2 days. After 2 treatments with Dr. Jex, the pain is gone- he seemingly completely solved the issue. He also put me on a very manageable & affordable schedule for maintenance going forward, to ensure that the pain does not come back. It has been a pleasure working with Dr. Jex, and I would recommend him to anyone that needs Chiropractic services. As a side note, he also has a very inspiring story about how he got into his profession.

We cannot say enough good things about this veterinary clinic and their entire team. They took exceptional care of our sweet girl after she tore her ACL and needed TPLO/TTA surgery.
From the very beginning, we felt informed, supported, and genuinely cared for. Nurse Nina went above and beyond and surprised us with the sweetest custom bandage, which honestly meant more to us than she probably realized. The entire team came out to greet our girl, showered her with love, and made sure we left feeling confident about her recovery plan.
For anyone preparing for this surgery: they walked us through the healing process clearly and realistically—strict rest at first, gradual leash walks, pain management, and what signs to watch for during recovery. Knowing what was normal (swelling, slower movement early on, probably won’t eat or potty for the first 24 hours, gradual improvement week by week) helped ease so much anxiety. They were always available to answer questions and never made us feel silly for checking in.
On top of all that, their pricing was significantly more affordable—about half the cost of BluePearl and Bellevue Veterinary and they accept CareCredit.

He has roller tables and a water massage table as well. The receptionist is sweet. He takes walk ins. The visit is very smooth and efficient. I always come away feeling my best.

Don't really understand about people complaining about the lack of drives here. There are a lot of the drivers ed drives to be able to schedule here now, even during peak summer times. Lots of them per day and nowadays due to better staffing many more spots are here now.
The instructors Kramer and Chris were both awesome cool people. Great driving experience program. In person driving lessons were taught by Chris, the online driving lessons were mostly switched around (sometimes Chris, usually Derek or Ofelia) can't really say much about those two online, they seemed quite strict and wonky and a little overboard with certain things. Recommend going in person for the best experience and to find new friends. But overall, great time going there.
