ANK Construction did an outstanding job remodeling our kitchen, transforming it from an outdated early 2000s decor into a modern, functional space. We bought a large 4,000+ sq ft house that needed a full remodel, mostly cosmetic, but still a huge job, new kitchen, four new bathrooms, new flooring throughout the house, new roof, some new electrical an a plumbing. Andrey was quick to respond and started our project early. They are all friendly and easy to work with and did an amazing job with the house, my only concern was that clean up was a little bit messy, there were stickers left on outside 2nd story windows so I had to go on the roof to pick those off, some paint scuffs here and there on the floor and drips of stuff on windows. However that wasn't a big deal we can clean that up, the pricing was very fair and the work looks great, and they kept the job rolling, even adding some stuff as we needed it for our home owners insurance. Highly recommend, would absolutely hire again.
We were very happy working with Andrey and his team on the remodel of our kitchen and two bathrooms. From the initial quote we appreciated their professionalism and responsiveness. The quote and contract were straightforward and they were open to working with our timeline and with the third party vendors we had already engaged.Once construction was underway they were very good at problem solving when unexpected issues arose. We also felt that they genuinely worked to finish things the right way vs the most expedient. The crews were clean, careful, and conscientious.Communication was generally good (through Whats App), although some days their crew or sub showed up without advanced warning. This worked for us but might not work for everyone. There was also some delay in the scheduling of some subs which extended the overall construction duration although was sometimes the result of unexpected issues arising.Overall we would definitely recommend ANK and hope to work with them in the future!
