“This was our first time using AMPM and was the best we had ever had! They were quick to get someone out to our house for repairs the next day (even during some of the hottest weather we have had in a while) even though every other company in the area were setting appointments for two weeks out. Their technician, Jason Knuth showed up on time (got a text with his picture and time of arrival) and after arrival, he went right to work, found the problem and then got it fixed all within an hour, saving us money. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his area of expertise! Thank you Jason!!! From our first call to their office to the final repairs of our AC, their Customer Service was OUTSTANDING, and we will be using them for all our services in the future!
