“Morgan arrived on time with preceding phone call. Listen to owners concerns about efficiency. Adjusted thermostats and remotes and provided excellent tutorial for homeowners on optimal operating for consistent temperature and maximum efficiency. Morgan recommended moving thermostat to main living area and found that existing thermostat is compatible with new remote which homeowner ordered. Morgan was polite, informative and efficient.Chris arrived for the follow up installation call on time and assessed our wishes for improved efficiency but discovered our 24 year old thermostat would not work with the new remote thermostat. He and his service partner assessed several alternatives and we arrived at a cost effective solution. Chris indicated he would be back for completion of the job as soon as possible. “I'm a Layman when it comes to anything HVAC and my AC inexplicably went out in the dead of the summer. These guys came out the same day I called to take a look. Within 2 minutes of looking at the unit Cody had diagnosed the problem (shot compressor) and within 10 minutes he had a new one installed. He stuck around to do thorough testing once it was up and running and then spent time giving me ideas and advice on issues I've been having heating my house while we waited to make sure the AC wouldn't kick out right away again. He was really great honestly, very helpful, really down to earth and positive. Highly recommend.“

“I have had the good fortune and privilege of finding Frank to help me with all my heating and cooling needs. Frank has been my "go to guy" for the past 7 years for my properties. He and his team are really great guys who are incredibly talented and get the job done right for a more than fair price. Frank works by word of mouth recommendations and I have been recommending him to my friends and families and he has taken care of them and their HVAC needs. Over the years I have had Frank install gas furnaces and AC units in my home, my Mom's house and with old fashioned honestly and pride on his part. Most recently, I had Frank replace my 18 year old AC with a heat pump and it came out great. He installed a SEER 16, 3 Ton Goodman Heat Pump and I asked him to install a Honeywell Redlink Thermostat control unit to control our now hybrid heat pump and gas furnace system. All done in a day! “The condensing unit for our heat pump stopped working. I got a hold of Honke who helped me about four years ago on another issue to request a service. I discovered A&E Heating took over the business since my last HVAC need. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and got me scheduled for a visit. She explained the service fee and what the technician would do, and the cost of any repair parts would be separate.Matt the technician shows up on the scheduled day to look at my system. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He identified the issue quickly and was able to make the repair immediately. When finished he walked me through the paperwork, which is all electronic now. I had a very good experience on my second interaction with this company and would recommend them to anyone who is having heating or cooling problems.“

“Experts installed a 3-zone mini split heat pump for us last summer. We received quotes from four companies, and spoke to each about the ideal setup for our house. We elected to hire Experts, as Kyle (Experts owner) seemed the most informed and communicative of the folks we spoke with, and raised several important considerations that had been overlooked by other companies. The install went very smoothly thanks to the hard work of two lead installers, both named Chris. All the necessary paperwork was also completed promptly (thanks again, Brittany). Our heat pump has now been through one heating and one cooling season and has performed even better than we had anticipated. Overall a great experience -- we've been extremely satisfied with their work and no longer dread the summer heat or winter cold.“
