Just had our Furnace and Cooling system replaced. Ryan and his Albatross team pulled the old equipment and installed the new equipment in two days. The equipment is top notch, as was promised. I even researched the new equipment to confirm I was getting what I was billed for. I am completely satisfied with the result.
My existing heat pump was no longer working. Albatross came out and discovered there was a major part broke, that would be expensive repair, and based on prior additional damages, and age of unit, recommended replacement the unit.
They found a reasonable priced replacement unit, and did the replacement the day after I signed the contract.
Swap was done efficiently, everything was cleaned up, and we are now enjoying cool air again.
