Called a few companies and these guys showed up the next morning to fix the heating system Brandon was very professional and got the job done. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely call them again if needed thanks so much!

After seeing the alert on the thermostat that the outdoor sensor batteries needed to be replaced, I called yesterday to arrange a time for that to be done, as it is placed near the roof and as a widow, I'm not able to climb a ladder to do that myself. Brandt came over today and was so kind to not charge anything, even though I'd been advised that there would be a $140 service fee, when I'd called yesterday. Each employee has always been so kind and efficient. I'm so thankful that I purchased my heat pump from their company.

Jacob is so amazing he should be wearing a super hero cap! Our furnace stopped functioning in the middle of our ice and snow storm. Jacob braved the icy roads and was on time for our appointment with the horrible road conditions. Jacob was friendly, compassion about our lack of heat, professional and knowledgeable. Jacob took the time to quickly find the issue, explained clearly that the draft inducer motor had burned out along with what the inducer does including safety features tied to it. Lucky for me, he had a replacement on his truck. Jacob quickly replaced the part, made sure everything was working properly and verified I did not have any other questions...read full review
