Also, through previous homeowners and during the previous inspection an access lid was covered with part of the deck so part of the deck had to be cut out. He gave us options without pushing, from keep it until the component die to change your furnace that's mid-life (kind of suggesting this was extreme). We made the choice with no pressure.
