If you’re buying or own property in Shoreline, Seattle, or the Puget Sound area with an underground oil tank, assume it has leaked and be prepared for soil remediation.

I hired another contractor who took my money, did a portion of the work, and disappeared, leaving me with a contaminated site and permitting nightmare. Top notch work. I can't recommend this company enough. They installed temporary erosion control measures, excavated our footings for a 700 SF addition, cleared 60 year old overgrown mass of shrubs, backfilled dirt/gravel after concrete, moved boulders and graded our work area quickly, efficiently and within budget. If I had anywhere else to build, they would be the first company I contact.Services: Demolition
