My bathroom sink drain was clogged and Derek went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I called Day & Night Plumbing on Friday afternoon and Derek was able to fit me into his schedule on the same day. He throughly explained what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. These guys provide excellent (fast & professional) service. They took time to review issues, discuss options, and install the best solution.Would be a 5 star rating if the fee process were more transparent (but that is a challenge across this discipline).
