Michael was the plumbing technician who came to my home a few days ago to investigate the condition of and clean my underground roof rainwater drainage system. He was very professional and detail oriented. He explained everything he was doing and what he wanted to accomplish every step of the way. He minimized his intrusion to my newly planted grass that he had to dig a hole in to access the plumbing. When he was done he was very careful to return the lawn back to its original condition. I will be asking for him if I have a future need.
