It was an older house and we wanted to make sure we had it just right before we moved in. This first inspection resulted in the suggestion of rodent proofing and new insulation. It told what was relevant and why the students should be interested. It seems a much safer now.
We had a wonderful experience. Communication was great from the start, and they confirmed ahead of time that the inspection and estimate were completely free. The technician who came out was friendly, observant, knowledgeable, and thorough. He inspected our attic and found no evidence of rodent activity, so rather than trying to sell us services we didn’t need, he gave us helpful advice for prevention and monitoring. I really appreciated the honesty and no-pressure approach. If we ever do have a rodent issue in the future, they’ll definitely be one of the first companies I call. Highly recommend!
Speedy and a job well done, we are very pleased with the attic job done by Shlomi and team. They were all done in one day and we're able to replace all of the insulation in the various nooks and crannies. Would highly recommend!
