Outstanding customer service starting with the detailed proposals for either a high efficiency furnace or furnace heat pump option. Details included all pricing and rebates/discounts making for an easy decision. I chose the furnace/heat pump option. From proposal to installation was 3 working days. The installation team was courteous and respectful of our property, gave me detailed information on the installation program and process throughout the day. They configured the furnace filter housing per my request to make the filter replacement easier. Brennan Heating and Air Conditioning sent Andrew Collins and I’m so glad they did! He was very efficient and got to work right away on finding a leak in my A/C system. Usually this sort of thing takes all day. He was done in 2 hours. Fantastically fast.

Brennan was supremely professional and communicative. Andrew's expertise was evident, and he was able to diagnose a problem that was causing me a lot of stress on a unit they don't typically install. The rates were fair and scheduling was very accommodating to my schedule. I will be contacting Brennan when it is time for routine maintenance. 100% 5-star service!
