“Ok it has been a year since I have WSB installed a heat pump for us. There were some hiccups during the process yet the project manager Leslie handled them gracefully. It is also impressive how proactive and responsive Leslie was; she abided by her word, made extra effort to correct things up, and tried her best in resolving issues and answering questions. It is also deserved to be noted that their installation crew was very efficient and organized.

I wished that the rest of the WSB employees could look up to Leslie and learn from her working ethnics, which takes a big role in showing attention and care to customers. Her persistence in seeking a satisfied solution rather than to ignore the problem or compromise has made her service to the next level.”

“Tyler was next door to us fixing a leak on our neighbors AC unit. I went over and asked if he would do a checkup on ours and look at the refrigerant. He checked the levels, looked to make sure it was running great, even went into the garage to check out the furnace.

All without charging us. It is really hard to find good honest people these days and Tyler without a doubt is one of them. I highly recommend!”

“I contacted Pearce Heating & A/C to give me a quote on a heat pump or A/C for my tri-level home. I had the pleasure of having Brian, the owner, come out and provide me with the quote. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and came up with a thoughtful cost-effective hybrid solution. While I ultimately ended up going with a different contractor (because I'm a bit of an HVAC nerd and wanted a more robust, complicated, and expensive solution), I think the vast majority of homeowners would've been happy with the performance Brian's solution would deliver at a fraction of the price point.

During the quote, Brian saw that I was in the middle of a DIY remodel and provided some helpful tips and was even willing to have me do some of the more basic work, something that no other HVAC contractor was willing to consider. Brian still owns the company, unlike so many companies these days that are owned by private equity. I would feel confident in recommending Pearce Heating & A/C to any of my friends or family.”
