We are 100% satisfied with your team. Joe recommended the Trane 2 stage and it is quiet and really efficient. Joe is straight forward and smart which I valued. Amy worked through the scheduling with grace since we were planning travel around the same time. It made for a pleasant experience. Lastly Humberto is a true professional technician. Clean install and he walked me through the furnace and thermostat operations which I understood clearly.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with Balard Nation Gas in our selection and installation of a new furnace and Mitsubishi A/C.The salesperson spent a lot of time with us meeting, preparing multiple proposals and following up with us over 10 months as we decided what we wanted to do. We very much appreciated his professionalism and absence of pressure to make a decision. The installation took two days and went very smoothly.
