Diego L. Was very professional. He explained what he was going to do and updated us throughout the visit. Felt he did a thorough maintenance and did several checks. Very satisfied.
I did not pay at this visit as we have a 5 yr maintenance contract.
Everything from the sales consultation to the installation of the new heat pump was smooth and seamless. While not the least expensive and not the most expensive of the 6 bids we received, WES gave us the most confidence. We chose well!
I highly recommend Washington Energy Services. Dustin the Engineering Supervisor and their technician team were extremely helpful, making my electrical panel generator ready and installed the gas line for the generator. They were punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable with my questions and helped with a solution for my requirements. In addition I think their price is very reasonable.
