Serhiy and his team at Prime Systems were punctual, courteous, and obviously skilled. We especially appreciated Iakiv, the lead technician on our job. They went above and beyond our expectations. There is a snag with our HOA, but that is on me and I've appreciated their support. I especially appreciated a discussion of the range of options and price points.
I am happy to recommend this team and plan to use them on both our home as well as our rentals if the need arises.“

12040 98th Ave NE, Kirkland“A gasket in the toilet tank failed and so the water never stopped filling. The toilet water line handle also failed to turn off the water (and broke off; the toilet and line were previously installed in Jan 2014 by a GC) so I had to shut off the water to the whole house. All on a Sunday night.
Come Monday morning 7AM, the phones were on (much faster than text or email) dispatch scheduled my service call for 10am, and the plumber called at 8:21am to say he could be there at 8:45am, and by 10:40am, he was done: new valve, new water line, new wax ring, new toilet (that I went and procured; he was wonderfully specific!).
Great, friendly service. I’ve had them out for multiple things over the last 12 years. Still pleased.
FYI Kohler toilets are expensive to maintain. They find American Standard is more affordable.
I’m continually converted to using a plumber for plumbing tasks rather than a GC. All the GC plumbing has come back to bite me.“

10415 NE 37th Cir, Kirkland“This is such an awesome space for a mix of drop-in community space and scheduled educational/developmental fun. I used the free class trial offer to check out the baby wearing dance class and it was so fun. I'm still recovering from giving birth and I easily adapted the moves to what my body was able to handle, while still enjoying the connection and fun of dancing with other moms and our littles. The instructors brought great energy. The space itself is a great "make yourself at home" vibe. I can imagine it may get a bit crowded at popular days/times but was super convenient to navigate and find a place to park the stroller, then nurse my kiddo when I needed to. It feels like they've put a lot of consideration into what parents want/need from a place like this. I appreciate the variety of pricing options, from memberships to punch cards to single passes, especially since it's hard to predict our schedule these days. And access is linked to the kiddo, so partners and caregivers can take advantage of the space too. Will definitely be back!!“

“The air ducts in our attic were leaking, lowering HVAC efficiency. Daniel was in charge of replacing all of the ductwork as well as installing insulation. The crew's attention to detail made the attic cleaner, warmer, and more pleasant.“
