“Our heating system stopped working last Friday evening and our interior temperature was steadily dropping.I called Janes and asked how soon we could schedule a visit with a technician. Is Monday soon enough?I then asked if they possibly could find someone for today? Olivia then said “ I’ll see what I cans do and call you right back”. When she called back she told me that Michelle would be here between 10:00 and noon.when Michelle got here she went right to work, found the failed circulation pump, removed and replaced the pump in less than an hour, and had the heat restored straight away.We appreciated Michelle’s professionalism and five star work performance restoring our heating system. “They offered great service when we first got our A/C installed a few years ago. Then, just the other day, we needed service and it was extremely hot out. We thought we would be miserable having to wait for a repair but they immediately came out to fix the problem. They let us know the fee up front and we were charged that plus the new part but no other mark-ups. The technician took his time to show us how to best run the A/C and maintain the unit to avoid future problems. We will not be taking our A/C for granted again!“
