“Replaced the water heater recently and had a great experience with Janes. Oscar did an amazing job during the installation process. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us understand the radiant heating system better.
Jessi did our initial diagnosis and just by the way he worked, we could tell he has crazy experience in the area. Overall the entire process was smooth and quite straightforward. Would recommend!”
“They seem almost as interested in saving me money as I am. I broke up with my previous HVAC company and I’m overjoyed to now be with Legacy One. Other companies I had come take a look at my system were pushing an entirely new system to replace my 11 year old heat pump and furnace. Legacy One sent out their service manager, Casey, who was fantastic. He went into far greater depth on every facet of the problem causing issues than the other two companies I had out and explained it all more plainly. He found low cost options to give me more life out of my current system and even navigated a warranty issue that the installing dealer was giving me the run around about to get me no cost replacement parts. They earned my trust and I can’t recommend them more highly.”
“Eric went WAY above and beyond for me!! Excellent customer service, he was always on top of everything even when I wasn’t sure what was going on, he knew! I would recommend him for everyone and everything!
