Fischer Heating & Air installed a Navien HB NPE-240A2 NG tankless water heater in our Mercer Island home. The salesman/technician Matthew and the installer technicians, Jeremy and Mike, did a great job. I wanted to limit the number of new holes in the side of the house, so they went out of their way to adapt the existing 6-inch exhaust hole for reuse with the new 2-inch exhaust pipe. I highly recommend this company.

We were blown away by Fischer's service from Seth's initial walkthrough and thoughtful attention to detail in answering our many questions to Jeremy and Mike's fantastic installation and kindness throughout. We have serious asthma and allergies in our family and they were so clean and thoughtful throughout the whole mini split heat pump install process. It made a world of difference.
