Also, through previous homeowners and during the previous inspection an access lid was covered with part of the deck so part of the deck had to be cut out. They found the issue (blockage) at one of the baffles and we were good to go. Very professional and informed us of each and every step they were going to take before taking it. Highly recommended and reasonable price for same day service, as well as many extra steps they took.“
