“Great experience. I had an old oil furnace removed and a new electric one installed, with 3 mini-splits. It took 3 days and the technicians were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They explained how to use the thermostat, clean out the filters, and recommend what filters to buy and where. I must admit that I have since forgotten all what was said. They laid down protective covering on the floor, and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend their services. Glendale has serviced this home probably since they’ve been in business. After having another companies “professional” come out and misdiagnose the issue with our heat, the whole system stopped working while he was “waiting for a part for a few days”.
