“I love Optimal Fitness! As a non-gym-going woman, regular gyms can be kind of intimidating. But everyone I've met here has been so friendly and welcoming from day one. If you go to the gym regularly, they have everything you need to maintain your regular routine. If you're like me and have no idea what you're doing with a weight, Erin and Brady are so helpful and offer as much guidance and support as you need. They're also super accommodating to children and support animals. Can't recommend this place enough!“

“I made an appointment with Azadeh Adilli for a 60 min massage; she was incredibly amazing and professional. She followed when she said she would for scheduling. She was kind enough to communicate and confirm our appointment. She waited for me outside the office so I wouldn't get lost. During the session, she made sure to check if the pressure was ok and made sure I was comfortable. I appreciated that she first asked if I would like her to massage my glutes. She was very personable and immediately made an appointment for my next session. I highly recommend her!!“
