I absolutely love this place. The studio is beautiful and well maintained. All the teachers are very warm and welcoming. The best part about this studio is how they are community focused and yoga feels like yoga and not some exercise class. Huge shout out to the BollyX classes as well.
Beloved Yoga Sanctuary is one of the most welcoming spaces I've ever walked into. Teachers and students show up to learn and grow together without judgement. I especially love the vinyasa and yin classes and all of the special offerings - like seasonal classes or classes with music - are incredible.Beloved Yoga's school is also a gift. BY's yoga teacher training programs are thoughtfully constructed and include expert resources and teachers from around the world.
The experience of coming to a new-to-you yoga studio can be extremely nerve wracking, but Beloved is truly a sanctuary. Every age, race, body, gender, and skill level is welcome and you really feel that. I’m so grateful I found my way to this studio!
