“I've posted before but have recently gone back for personal training once a week. The trainers here are amazing. They stand out because of their attention to detail for each client. I never get a recycled workout from another client (or one of my previous sessions) and every single one of my sessions are tailored only to me where my level of flexibility, strength, etc at that time are taken into account. I never feel like I'm doing too much or too little, but still seeing gains each week. They always explain exactly what I'm working, where I should feel it and where I shouldn't. Their cues to help adjust form are always gentle and follow up with why we made that adjustment and how the body is working and why. Highly recommend. ?“

“I have been seeing Dr Miok for over 7 years and she has really helped me get back to health. When I first met her I was having trouble walking with an injured meniscus. The traditional medicine people just said you don’t need surgery. Dr Miok gave me a plan and got me out of pain and I never thought I would be able to run again and this weekend I just completed a 5k. I thought my running days were over. Thanks so much Doc!!!“
“I had a major spine surgery and removed a massive Tumor from sacrum and had a spinal cord stimulator surgery for my leg/back pain.I have been suffering with neck and lower back pain, calf tightness, Vertigo and other chronic problems.I had a great experience at OM Chiropractic. “I had the best massage I've ever had. I was in so much pain from working on farms and horseback riding for so long. I left the appointment more relaxed than I have ever been. The massage therapist was wonderful and found the exact points in my body where I was hurting and tense. Would definitely recommend!!!“

“Revision: LA Fitness came through and worked out a solution with me for the billing issue. The trainers there are fantastic, easy to work with and very helpful.LA Fitness was supposed to remove a set of fees from billing they did for me - confirmed with the VP and sales rep - and failed to do so, charging me an extra $100. Will revise this rating once it has has been resolved.“
