Diego was so helpful!!! He blessed, it was my last day there & I’m glad I stopped in for a session. It was everything I needed! He was sooo kind & well spoken! The British mannerism were def up to par lol

I’ve been going here for years.
The gym has a good amount of equipment, however there are members that decide to just sit on pieces of equipment (of which there are only one of, like the hip ab/adduction machines) and talk or browse on the phone, especially during peak hours. They seem inconvenienced when you ask them how many sets they have left or if they can move if they aren’t using it. Cleanliness of the gym could use some work and maintenance could be faster, but other than that it’s a typical LA. The pool has been closed for months for some reason, with no estimate of it reopening.

I’ve been coming here for a few months and love it. The facility is huge, super clean, and packed with tons of equipment, so I rarely have to wait even during busy hours. The pool and sauna are fantastic perks, and the staff is always welcoming. Great atmosphere for anyone looking to stay fit—highly recommend
