When this signature club was newly opened it was great. They had a great cleaning staff and the machines stayed clean. The air even seem cleaned. So I decided to pay a little extra and drive a little farther to join this gym. Three years later, the place has gone down and I don’t see any improvements even after bringing issues to the attention of the managers. Not only is the gym unkept with dirty restrooms and equipment, the filters are clogged with dust. We all know what dust is made of. Clean, decent equipment, but there are several issues. They are closing the pool, closing kids corner, sauna has been closed for months, zero Hit classes even though they have the studio for it, and paid towel service. It is expensive considering so many things are closed/not available and the price has not decreased to reflect the change in ammenities.

A huge number of the weights and machines have the numbers peeled off so you can't even tell how much you are lifting. The dumbbell racks are also missing stickers so people just randomly put weights back out of order. It's a simple thing but should be done. The pool is now also closed so there is less value for your $$.
