About LA Fitness
LA Fitness offers a variety of amenities, including state-of-the-art equipment, basketball, group fitness classes, a pool, saunas, Kids Klub, and personal training, all at an outstanding value. The staff is welcoming and helpful, with members noting positive experiences during the sign-up process and tours. The club has a good range of equipment and a nice overall atmosphere for working out. However, there are some issues with equipment maintenance, as 2-3 of the five stairmasters are often out of order, which can be frustrating when busy. Safety concerns have also been raised, particularly regarding theft outside the facility, since there are no security cameras. Despite these issues, many appreciate the professional and friendly service provided by the team, especially the helpfulness of staff members like Austin, Ralphy, and Mario, who have contributed to positive experiences. Overall, LA Fitness is a great place for fitness enthusiasts looking to get in shape.
it's closin soon now but overall pretty good gym. hotter sauna than the very few others i've experienced which is a major plus. not too busy, main complaint is that the water tastes funky and idk if there's a extra filter for the drinking water
Yea it’s old - machines aren’t the best but it’s not completely packed like crunch is at all hours of the day… literally it is impossibly to workout there. I pay $29.99 here and I can get my entire workout in without having to wait for machines - hopefully they upgrade the machines soon.
For those saying Crunch is cheaper - untrue it is now $29.99 / month SAME as LA Fitness.
I know because I signed up and canceled crunch after 3 weeks and signed up here immediately after in late January.
Gym is a bit old and there’s definitely crunch not too far away but that gym stays full and I rather go to this one that’s never too busy, I can get my full workout no problem and no having to wait for machines to open up
