Warm, welcoming staff and studio. Classes are fast-paced, upbeat, and fun! I am always challenged and leave on a sweaty, endorphin high. I highly-recommend this studio for anyone looking to meet friendly people and get an amazing mind-body workout.
My favorite yoga studio in Northern Virginia! Alison is so kind and welcoming. The place feels like a sanctuary… I look forward to going there daily and practicing with the community. ❤️
Great yoga studio with great instructors. I remember having some hesitancy when I first joined 3-4 years ago because I had never done hot yoga before but the temperature was perfect and the way the instructors thought was super friendly to newcomers and at no point did I feel like I did not belong. Cannot say enough great things about this studio and how welcoming they are.
