I’ve been working out at Optimum Sports and Fitness for the past three years, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The atmosphere is super friendly, chill, and laid back. It’s the kind of gym where everyone is there to get better, and people actually know each other.
The first thing you’ll notice is how clean the gym is. They literally vacuum the entire gym at least once a day, and everything is always spotless. You can tell they take a lot of pride in keeping the place clean and well maintained.
