I have started with Joyoga when she first opened her studio 10 years ago. Joy is an extremely knowledgeable, experienced and a caring teacher. She will always explain modifications for any pose that she does. I went through a very stressful time in my life a few years ago and joy’s classes helped me stay positive and calm through it. I have learned and continue to learn so much from her classes.

I highly recommend Joyoga studio to yoga students of all levels. Joy’s a warm, encouraging teacher who makes her students feel comfortable whether they're new to yoga or experienced yogis. Her studio is beautiful and well stocked with props including mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps, and more for her students’ use. She keeps her classes small so she can provide individual attention to each student, gently suggesting position adjustments when needed.I've been a student at Joyoga for many years. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Joy and her yoga studio Joyoga. Her studio is beautiful, welcoming, and so peaceful. She provides modifications throughout her classes so that everyone- beginner to advanced- can enjoy while feeling supported. Joy is truly a blessing to all that know her. I’m so grateful to have found Joyoga - what a difference she has made for me.
