“Cool Texas air sent us the most knowledgeable tech I have ever witnessed in real time. We thought was electrical (which tech said my home was a non grounded home) well my sisters home actually. But , George Clark (technician sent) worked like a magician and found why my furnace was keeping us in the cold and repaired it. He was straightforward and honest and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Had other techs try to repair furnace from another company, but they couldn’t fix. Said I needed an electrician. So my sister called Kevin Clark from Cool Texas Air and they sent us George Clark, who like I said worked like a magician and got my furnace going. Works great now!!! George was straightforward and honest. Did not try to upsell me like other companies try to do( they send you salesman instead of technicians)…Kevin was a real technician who was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff. Found a couple things not plugged in furnace and checked it all to make sure was all good. Had an excellent experience and will be using Cool Texas air (well hopefully George)again. If you need a real tech , call Cool Texas air and ask for George. I’m telling you , he will fix what others can’t !!! Thank you George!!!!“

“I have fidelity national home warranty and was assigned Fresh Air systems for my blower fan going out. They are a smaller company but they know what they are doing. They are willing to go the extra mile and took the time to submit paperwork to my home warranty company while still at my house leading to an expedited review. Juan was my technician and he explained what was wrong and even looked to see if the part was in stock before he left my house.“

“Everyone from the sales rep to the technicians were great. I got recommended to them by a good friend of mine, and they lived up to it. My A/C went out on July 2nd so I called them the next day. Christian, the sales rep, arrived and went over everything the same day. He’s a really good guy but he has to have the easiest sales job ever because the benefits of the membership are unbeatable. Never imagined I could get this kind of service from a company period.

The techs, Paul and Andrew, were awesome as well. They came over on July 4th and were done by noon. Super professional, and I hope they get a bonus for doing all they did on a holiday to save my family from this Texas heat. Basically only took 24 hours from first call to driving away after installation. I can’t say enough good things, and I highly recommend everyone take a good look at the membership program. I’ll never have to go through my shitty home warranty for A/C again.

Time will tell if the repair service lives up to their reputation and good first impressions, but I have little doubt they won’t succeed. A+

Additional note: Andrew and Joe were great technicians for the drain leak I was dealing with. Absolutely quick and professional. It was great because there was a bit of a screw up on my booking time because of the international call line vs the direct San Antonio number. They came in unscheduled were put in less than an house with a completely new drain and pump. Great guys and a great service for dealing with the unconventional service. I really appreciate everything they do to fix bad situations.“

“Emil was very professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable, he explained the issues we were experiencing with our air conditioning unit. He also explained what the next steps would be to have our issue resolved. We were very comfortable with him providing the service.
Update 1 Oct 25. Emil returned to repair our air conditioning unit when our ordered parts came in. Once again his service was friendly and professional. He even accomplished additional work separate from the fan and wiring job he was scheduled to perform to improve our UV lights at both our air conditioning units. Well done!

Recently, I had a problem with an emergency shut off in the drip pan of the Air Conditioner. Christopher handled the issue seamlessly but went several steps further in addressing the problem so it wouldn't replicate in the future. He also took time to walk through some issues we were having with our thermostat. I will continue to us Aramendia as my Go To provider of Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing for our home.“
