“One of the HVAC units on my house quit working last week. 19 years old and it was at the end of its life. Veteran Air recommended replacing the unit instead of putting good money in an old unreliable unit as they had done several service calls on this unit recently. They made me a very good proposal for replacing both of my HVAC units (the other unit was 19 years old and on its last leg as well). Today they installed both units. They arrived on time. 3 crews working, all very courteous and professional. They did excellent work and had both units up and running by late afternoon. I'm very happy with the service they did not only today but on several other service calls. I highly recommend.“

“They are very prompt. Within just a few hours after I called, their employee, Paul, was at my home checking on why the air wasn’t cooling from my a/c. He was extremely polite and respectful to me. He found the problem and explained to me in great detail what was wrong and the two ways I could choose to have it repaired. One way was the cheapest and would take care of the problem but he also gave me the option of a repair plus an additional part which would create greater preventive for this happening again. He made the repair and also checked my a/c unit for any other problems. He also suggested that I should have my a/c checked every six . months so this problem would be noticed and corrected before the loss of the cool air from my a/c. The price was reasonable and Paul was a complete gentleman and an excellent a/c repairman.“

“The Fan Motor went outTony and Tommy came the day after we called. We're elderly , so no air is a little hard to handle. Plus our neighbor had flooded our side yard where the AC Fan is located and the mud was 6 inches deep. They found the problem immediately and had one in stock. They went to pick it up and were back right away and fixed it pronto!! I love Tony and Tommy (and Charlie)!! The AC is back to normal, we keep it around 78 in the house, but if someone has a "hot flash" we might lower it a degree or 2. God Bless the Samaniego Company. “I requested that the most experienced tech come out to address the recurring problem I had been having with the air handler. That is, that the air filters I replaced when due were wet with moisture and were not lasting. This issue had been addressed previously but no one had a proper solution to correct the problem. The tech immediately identified the problem. It turned out that there was a leak coming from the coil. He took a picture of the coil to show his boss the problem. He inquired as to how old the A/c was. I showed him the invoice which he took a picture of to show his boss. He also informed me that the a/c was under warranty. Needless to say a new coil was ordered and installed the following day. The tech was able to solve the problem and more importantly saved me a lot of money. John Gonzales“

“Our Home had to Lennox to stage ache key pumps installed in our home. Our team of workers were Mike Jones, Joe Rebolloso, Juan Carlos Elicondo, and Andy Perez. The men were professionals from the start! They informed of all the processes that were completed, neat, thorough, and made sure the units, and thermostats were functioning correctly. It was a challenging install with bad weather and they even had to remove the attic steps to fit the unit! I was very happy with the great job and they even vacuumed!“
