They could not have been nicer, explained every thing they did, and fixed my system that I've had issues with for years. I have been dealing with my Home Owner's Warranty company, who have jerked me around for weeks, and NTG was literally the THIRD company to come out and look at my system. I have a very complicated communicator system and these gentlemen made it look like they were toasting bread.
