“3/9/24 Once again Austin Stack finishes the job with excellence. Just found out this post from January never went through.1/4/24 I highly recommend Austin Stack with rapid Rooter plumbing. He was thorough in his inspection and even found a manufacturer defect in our toilet that required our toilet to be replaced while still under the one year warranty. He was knowledgeable and articulated well the work that needed to be done and the process to do so. He was courteous, respectful, and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Austin Stack, and Rapid Rooter for any of our future plumbing needs.“

“We had a sudden leak appear in the copper pipe running through the slab of our house. I called A&A Plumbing to come give me an estimate and Mario and Kobe came out to take a look and estimate how big the job was.Among the three vendors that I had come to give me an estimate, they seemed like the most knowledgeable and were definitely the most courteous and professional. They gave me a quote that was reasonable so I asked them to do the job. They scheduled me in very quickly and had both the hot and cold water lines rerouted through the wall within 4 hours. I couldn't believe it. I had another plumbing company here in town do a similar job four years ago and it took them all day.If you are considering them to do work on your property, you can't go wrong with A&A. In particular, we had Mario, Kobe, Hailey, and Matt come out, and they were all fantastic. Mario told me they also do air conditioning, so I'll be using them for that when it comes time.Fantastic group! So glad I found them!“

“David was very professional, answered my questions before the job, and helped clarify any concerns I had with gas pipe installation for our gas range. I was satisfied with their quality work on the installation.“

“700 bucks to install toilet and two new water heater lines. Work is great! You will pay for it. I had toilet here to install. No problem with work but 155 to show up and took em 2.75 hours to complete. 426 bucks in hourly rates. Work was slow as the journeyman was training an apprentice and I paid for it. Also a 15 dollar gas charge although I’m in Schertz and a 10 dollar misc although I paid for parts. Quality work though. Still five stars but I don’t like paying for an apprentice’s training but oh well. Will use again but maybe push em a bit faster. Thanks Bracken!“
