My AC UNIT had been having issues for about a week. When I called the office Shawn said he could come take a look right away. He diagnosed the problem said if I approved the work he could get the part and fix it today. Surprise for me- the work is done. Waiting for the air to get to the set temp. He gave me some tips on cleaning the drain, said my unit was the Cadillac of the time when we installed it!! Let’s hope it lasts for years to come. Thanks Shawn for your quick service. Left the area clean and neat.
I needed a new AC system installed at my primary residence. The team at Gold Standard lived up to their name from the initial call, diagnosis, pricing and eventual installation, they were top notch in all facets of their work. I’d recommend them to anyone who need any of the services they provide. Personalized service, they quote you only on what you need without trying to sell you on something you don’t. Highly recommend the team at Gold Standard Heating and Air.
