This is my first visit from a Veteran Air tech. The entire process has been smooth and easy, i called and scheduled an appointment, and the day prior and day of the appointment i received text updates for the tech’s ETA. The tech himself was courteous and knowledgeable, and he carefully explained the current state of our system and recommended a few things to make it better. I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.
We had Adrian P. from Veterans Air check out our AC today. We can't say enough about how knowledgeable and professional he was. We will definitely being requesting him again for our service. Highly recommend Adrian P. 5 stars !!!
If we could give ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ (10) stars...we would. A BIG Shout-out and thank you for the great Service and professionalism from Jonathon and Ethan in removing our 26 year old equipment and the installation of our new equipment. Both men were very personable and kept us informed throughout the install. Also, a special thank you to Chad McGill in explaining and making sure we were comfortable from beginning to end.
