I had had another company out just a couple of hours earlier who had given me similar but misleading information, quoting twice the cost for repair. “Cool Texas air sent us the most knowledgeable tech I have ever witnessed in real time. We thought was electrical (which tech said my home was a non grounded home) well my sisters home actually. But , George Clark (technician sent) worked like a magician and found why my furnace was keeping us in the cold and repaired it. He was straightforward and honest and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Had other techs try to repair furnace from another company, but they couldn’t fix. Said I needed an electrician. So my sister called Kevin Clark from Cool Texas Air and they sent us George Clark, who like I said worked like a magician and got my furnace going. Works great now!!! George was straightforward and honest. Did not try to upsell me like other companies try to do( they send you salesman instead of technicians)…Kevin was a real technician who was very knowledgeable and knew his stuff. “We woke up this morning to a 56° house and put out a call to Thomas Heating and Air. Due to all the weather, Kenneth was snowed in but that didn't stop him from loading up his personal vehicle and arrived at our house within 30 minutes of the call. The problem ended up being a bit more extensive than he originally thought, but he put in the time and effort to make sure he diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly. It was clear through conversation with him that he's an honest businessman that values quaility and customer service over the easy fix and quick dollar, which seems harder and harder to find these days.
