“FAST service. Technician arrived a bit over an hour after we called. He stayed late and was very thorough. If I had a complaint it would be the cost. But that’s the way things are with a/c repair.“

“Everyone from the sales rep to the technicians were great. I got recommended to them by a good friend of mine, and they lived up to it. My A/C went out on July 2nd so I called them the next day. Christian, the sales rep, arrived and went over everything the same day. He’s a really good guy but he has to have the easiest sales job ever because the benefits of the membership are unbeatable. Never imagined I could get this kind of service from a company period.

The techs, Paul and Andrew, were awesome as well. They came over on July 4th and were done by noon. Super professional, and I hope they get a bonus for doing all they did on a holiday to save my family from this Texas heat. Basically only took 24 hours from first call to driving away after installation. I can’t say enough good things, and I highly recommend everyone take a good look at the membership program. I’ll never have to go through my shitty home warranty for A/C again.

Time will tell if the repair service lives up to their reputation and good first impressions, but I have little doubt they won’t succeed. A+

Additional note: Andrew and Joe were great technicians for the drain leak I was dealing with. Absolutely quick and professional. It was great because there was a bit of a screw up on my booking time because of the international call line vs the direct San Antonio number. They came in unscheduled were put in less than an house with a completely new drain and pump. Great guys and a great service for dealing with the unconventional service. I really appreciate everything they do to fix bad situations.“

Update 1 Oct 25. Emil returned to repair our air conditioning unit when our ordered parts came in. Once again his service was friendly and professional. He even accomplished additional work separate from the fan and wiring job he was scheduled to perform to improve our UV lights at both our air conditioning units. Well done!

Master electrician Richard came out and was able to troubleshoot the extensive damage done by the lightning strikes and catching what could have caused our house to burn down. Then master plumber Bob came out to trouble shoot and repair a gas line effected by the lightning strikes. “I don't normally write reviews, but ASC absolutely went above and beyond. After another company threw their arms in the air and failed to diagnose an error code on my HVAC and then tried to push thousands of dollars for unnecessary maintenance(!!!) I called ASC.

The customer service at ASC was incredible. The owner, Ron, actually connected with me on a weekend night to troubleshoot. When the technician, Kman, came out, he was professional, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Because the error code was rare, he contacted the manufacturer directly to ensure it was diagnosed correctly.
