“The reversing valve on my 6 year old heat pump split at the connection. Another repair company recommended that I purchase an entire unit. Courtland came out with Meyer Heating & A/C and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts under warranty. While I still had to pay labor and the consumable non-warranty parts, it was way less than purchasing an entire unit.“

“I requested that the most experienced tech come out to address the recurring problem I had been having with the air handler. That is, that the air filters I replaced when due were wet with moisture and were not lasting. This issue had been addressed previously but no one had a proper solution to correct the problem. The tech immediately identified the problem. It turned out that there was a leak coming from the coil. He took a picture of the coil to show his boss the problem. He inquired as to how old the A/c was. I showed him the invoice which he took a picture of to show his boss. He also informed me that the a/c was under warranty. Needless to say a new coil was ordered and installed the following day. The tech was able to solve the problem and more importantly saved me a lot of money. John Gonzales“

“Absolutely fantastic job I called the day before and asked for service and was given service the very next day at a wonderful time and manner. Very respectful workers came in and fixed my thermostat, they didn’t say anything other than what they were doing and why and at the end it only costed me a 100 bucks even. “I had to pick up a pump during a hurricane that was hitting the coast and the staff here was amazing. These guys went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed to get the job done. There was even a problem with the hitch and instead of telling me too bad they busted out a torch and fixed it.“
