“Randy and Rhew to the Rescue! These fellas saved the day. My A/C stopped cooling my home. Randy had a break in the busy summer schedule and sent Rhew out same day. Rhew quickly identified the problem (bad thermostat), checked my air handler, replaced the thermostat and fixed up some faulty wiring along the way. I was up and running within an hour of arrival! “So we had a complete HVAC replacement done by classic services and while the sales person was helpful, friendly and the install went smoothly since then we have had the outside unit quit working and stop cooling home three times in four months. While classic has repaired the unit each time it is beyond frustrating having to call them every month to come out and get it up and running.
There has been no long term solution provided at this point and it seems we will keep having to hope everyday that we will continue to have cool air circulating throughout our home.
Really disappointed after spending such a large sum on a necessity in south Texas.

Update.
The service manager reached out to us and arrived personally to inspect the system. He was very prompt, professional and I could tell was trying everything to pinpoint the problem. While he was unable to diagnose the ongoing issue he did get the system running and assured will be back to service the system.
