He was very efficient and answered all my questions and quoted me a reasonable price on the service repair after he had diagnosed the issue. “So we had a complete HVAC replacement done by classic services and while the sales person was helpful, friendly and the install went smoothly since then we have had the outside unit quit working and stop cooling home three times in four months. While classic has repaired the unit each time it is beyond frustrating having to call them every month to come out and get it up and running.
There has been no long term solution provided at this point and it seems we will keep having to hope everyday that we will continue to have cool air circulating throughout our home.
Really disappointed after spending such a large sum on a necessity in south Texas.

Update.
The service manager reached out to us and arrived personally to inspect the system. He was very prompt, professional and I could tell was trying everything to pinpoint the problem. While he was unable to diagnose the ongoing issue he did get the system running and assured will be back to service the system.
I must say this exceeds my expectations, and am impressed by how Classic is working diligently to insure the issues are resolved.“

“I have fidelity national home warranty and was assigned Fresh Air systems for my blower fan going out. They are a smaller company but they know what they are doing. They are willing to go the extra mile and took the time to submit paperwork to my home warranty company while still at my house leading to an expedited review. Juan was my technician and he explained what was wrong and even looked to see if the part was in stock before he left my house.“

“Great shop for all of your hydraulic needs. They have rebuilt multiple cylinders for us, all of which are still in operation with zero failures. Also had a small cylinder repaired for a Kubota tractor that the rod nut sheared off, for a reasonable price too boot. Turn around times are always quick, sometimes even one day. Employees are nice and easy to deal with, Sotex will continue to get our business for sure!“

“I requested that the most experienced tech come out to address the recurring problem I had been having with the air handler. That is, that the air filters I replaced when due were wet with moisture and were not lasting. This issue had been addressed previously but no one had a proper solution to correct the problem. The tech immediately identified the problem. It turned out that there was a leak coming from the coil. He took a picture of the coil to show his boss the problem. He inquired as to how old the A/c was. I showed him the invoice which he took a picture of to show his boss. He also informed me that the a/c was under warranty. Needless to say a new coil was ordered and installed the following day. The tech was able to solve the problem and more importantly saved me a lot of money. John Gonzales“
