This company has been amazing at replacing and installing a new AC unit. My house is a pretty old house built in the 1800s and it needed a new AC unit downstairs. The workers installing the whole unit were so patient and thorough. They worked very hard and made sure everything was good to go. I could not have asked for anything more. It is sometimes hard to trust anyone or a company to be able to install anything new, the cost can be pretty high and they definitely did their part. I would highly recommend them!!!

If there is any company I will always recommend it is Air Rescue. We've been customers for a few years with minor and major problems and they have always had our back and done anything possible to help us. Our system crashed and burned again over the past weekend and they had someone out on Sunday, unfortunately there wasn't any fixing it but they did everything they could. We had to get a whole new one. They got a new one and got it in today. We have pretty weird schedules and they had no problems working with us. They showed up early today and was able to get everything perfect for us a lot quicker than what we thought it would take. They have gone above and beyond...read full review

Honest, good people. My outside unit didn't seem to be getting power, and it's old, so I've been babying for it while. The tech listened and understood. No upselling. Just great service, at a great price. I had A/C back up and running within 3 hours of calling.
