I have several rentals as well as my own house and fresh air is the only company I call now. I had been using another company for years and realized I had been getting ripped off the whole time. I reached out to fresh air when I needed a new system for my own house. They replaced my system for 5 grand under all other bids. And put in a good system. Work was done right. And now I use them for all my properties. Derric, the owner will find any and all solutions to salvage what you have, vs just selling you a new system, which is what all other companies try to do when there is a problem. Derek came out to my house and assessed the situation after I had two other companies come out and said I needed to replace the whole system and argued with me. I’m not gonna mention your names however when Derek arrived, he assessed the situation and said we could get away with just replacing what needed to be replaced instead of replacing a $10,000 system. The folks at Fresh Air Systems are great mechanics and very honest. I've been using them for at least 10 years and they have consistently tried to fix rather than just replace units. Recently, they replaced a unit for us and their technicians were prompt, clean, and detail oriented.
